| Shipping and Handling
Shipping cost for United States delivery only. Shipping may result in higher shipping costs depending on item size and weight. If this situation occurs, we will send you an e-mail relating to the new cost of shipping and whether or not you choose to accept the charge.
We ship UPS Ground. We as well ship 2 Day Air, 3 Day Select and US Postal if requested through the comment box in the previous window (We will contact you to discuss adjustments). Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours pending credit card verification and item availability. All orders shipped will require a signature from the shipping company upon delivery to confirm pickup.
Please allow 7-14 working days for ground orders after processing is completed.
Should an item be out of stock, backordered, superseded, or discontinued, you will be notified immediately following your order, by e-mail, or by a return phone call of the expected shipping date. We suggest you order early to avoid possible delays. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
International Order
We currently only ship to Canada and Mexico outside the United States. An additional $85.00 (USD) is added for international UPS orders. Please note this is an average estimate per all orders shipping international. Should an order require more than one box, a larger than standard box, etc., we will contact you with the new estimate for shipping at which point you can approve or deny the order with adjustments. | Returns
All returns require a return authorization number. Contact us before shipping any returns. Southbay Motorsports will take responsibility on parts arriving damaged or sent in error. Customer will pay shipping on returns for credit or exchange. Please send returns within 15 days of shipment arrival date in original and unused condition (unless defective). There are no restocking fees on exchange of product for a different size or color of the same product or on a product of usual value. A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returns and must be accompanied with original packaging, label, tag, etc., and a receipt or a copy of your original invoice if provided with one. No returns on electrical, close out, or discontinued products. Any returns without an R.A. number will be refused. Do not send items C.O.D. to Southbay Motorsports. Credit will be given upon inspection of products.

Applicable Taxes Not in Invoice
Please note all orders marked as "CUSTOMER PICKUP" (also meaning there is no shipping address) will be charged California Sales Tax (7.75%) if California Sales Tax is not already applied. This is due to California law. Your total on the Checkout screen will not reflect this total due to system limitations. If you are shipping outside of California this tax will not be applied.
Please note all orders including TIRES will be charged a California Tire Tax ($1.75 per tire) to your order when being processed at our facility. Your total on the Checkout screen will not reflect this tax due to system limitations. If you are not ordering tires this tax will not be applied. |

Due to our web service provider's limitations, most coupons can be applied to incorrect items, such as items on sales and/or wrongly categorized items. Wrongly appointed coupons discounting items more than the intended amount do no obligate us to those incorrect prices. An e-mail will be sent to you with the correct order total where you can chose to accept or deny the adjustment.
